Refund And Returns Policy

Exchange Policy
Once you place your order, please ensure that all details including item size, design, quantity, and shipping address are correct. We do not accept exchanges if an incorrect item, size, design, or address is selected.

Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placement. After this period, the order may already be in processing or shipping. A cancellation fee of 10% of the total order value will apply. To cancel your order, please email [email protected].

Return & Refund Policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. After this period, orders are considered accepted, and no refund will be issued. Eligible returns include cases where:

  • You purchased the wrong product, the product doesn’t fit, or you no longer want the item.
  • The product arrives damaged, shattered, or differs in design, size, or material from what was ordered.
  • The product received does not match the original description.

To be eligible, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. Items that have been worn, washed, modified, or altered (unless due to our error) are not eligible for return.

Proof of Purchase Requirements
To process a refund, please include:

  • Your shipping label or receipt
  • Proof of purchase
  • A clear photo of the received product
  • Any relevant email correspondence previously sent to you

Return & Refund Process

  1. Send your refund request and the required documentation to [email protected].
  2. Our customer support team will respond within 2–3 business days with return instructions and the designated return address.
  3. Once confirmed, carefully pack your items and ship them using a traceable carrier.
  4. Email your return tracking number or a photo of the return receipt to [email protected].

Important: Do not return any items without receiving explicit confirmation via email. Returns sent without confirmation cannot be tracked by us, and no refund will be issued if the return package is lost.

Return Shipping & Refund Processing

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This cost will not be reimbursed.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your return, processing may take up to 2 business days. You will receive an email confirmation, and a full refund including the original shipping fee will be issued. Depending on your credit card issuer’s policies, refunds may take 10 to 15 days to post to your account. If you do not see your refund after this period, please contact [email protected].

Important Notes

  • This policy is valid for 30 days from the date of delivery. After 30 days, orders are considered accepted, and no refunds will be granted.
  • No additional fees will be charged for returns within this period, aside from return shipping costs.
  • We are not responsible for any damage or loss incurred during return shipping.
  • Always contact our Support Team prior to initiating a return or refund request to ensure eligibility, as we cannot be held liable for unapproved returns or lost items during the return process.
